Returns and Refunds

Please Note: Due to the current impact of COVID-19, shipping times have been slightly delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience and we are available via email or chat on our socials if you have any questions. Our response time is usually under 5 hours. 
 

Order Cancellation / Changes 

All orders can be cancelled or changed until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.  
 

Returns 

If the item you ordered is not the right size you can return it as long as the item is in the same condition you received it. 

You can choose from the following refund options: 

  • return the product (at your expense) and we’ll send you the correct size you desire free of charge 

  • keep the item for a 20% discount on your next order 
     

Refunds 

Your satisfaction is our first priority. Therefore, you can request a refund up to 15 days after receiving your item as long as you have a valid reason. 

You can choose from the following refund options: 

  • return the product (at your expense) for a 100% refund 

  • keep the item for a 10% refund 

  • keep the item for a 15% discount on your next order 

We do not issue the refund if: 

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address) 

  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster, holiday events).

Lost Orders 

If your order was lost during shipment, you can request a full refund after 65 days of placing your order. You can do so by sending a message on the Contact Us page.
